Job Description

THIS INTERNSHIP WILL BE PARTIALLY REMOTE BUT THE HIRED APPLICANT WILL BE EXPECTED TO COME INTO THE MOUNT PROSPECT OFFICE. ONLY LOCAL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

• Prepare financial / operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis to support sales and margin analysis for the North American Region
• Run critical financial reports and work with the finance team to identify and analyze strategic trends 
• Work on analysis projects including profitability and costing
• Ad hoc projects as they arise

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or graduated within the last six months from an accredited Finance or Accounting program
• Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Proficiency in  MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Problem solving, mathematical and formulation skills, reasoning and analyzing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player, detail oriented and very organized
• Must be able to successfully complete a drug and background screen pre-employment
• Position only open to students who will not now, nor in the future require sponsorship to work in the United States
