Intern - HR Service (Starting September 2019/year-round/20 hours per week)
Job Description
As an Intern with the HR Service team, you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve. You will learn the inner-workings and key processes of a leading global company's HR function while supporting our daily activities and projects.
HR Service is the primary point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada for a wide range of HR topics. We help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Systems, and Payroll.
We work in partnership with our HR Business Partners and Process Owners to support in the deployment of HR initiatives, we educate our associates on HR processes and technical tools, and we help to trouble shoot issues when there are problems.
We communicate daily with our customers, and do real-time problem solving. If we can’t address their need in our team, we partner with other HR teams for additional expertise, all with the goal of getting the issue resolved.
