    Job Description

    This position will support the RPP (Ratio Project Planning) and Idea Management coordinator with analysis of projects, follow-up on projects, organizing continuous improvement workshops and communication to various departments and functions to contribute to associate engagement and recognition as well as continuous improvement.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to the following.

    • Analysis of projects, associate improvement ideas and support continuous improvement KPI reporting
    • Follow-up and training of idea evaluators and idea submitters to ensure on time and on target idea/project implementation
    • Support project and idea submitter recognition
      • newsletter,
      • prize definition and ordering,
      • department recognition
    • Support organizing continuous improvement workshops (virtual and in person)
    • Organize Idea Management and RPP marketing campaigns
    • Support final rollout of electronic Idea Management system (50% completed)
    • Support Inventory Control
      • Update lost inventory dashboards daily
      • Update inventory adjustment dashboard weekly and perform internal control verification
      • Update physical inventory/cycle count data monthly
      • Assist with cycle counts on plant floor in urgent situations
      • Assist with auditing cycle counts for formal counts as requested
      • Assist with PowerBI improvements related to inventory control
      • Support with analysis of root cause of inventory control problem areas as requested
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Student enrolled in any organizational development related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Operations Management, Business, Communications, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCY:

    • Experience or understanding of project management, continuous improvement
    • Passion for organizational development, associate engagement and recognition
    • Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word)
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Strong electronic and verbal communication skills are a must
