Position Summary

The Human Resources team in Fairport, NY is looking for a passionate, motivated, technology savvy HR/Marketing co-op to support key HR initiatives for Security Systems in North America. The co-op duration will be 6-12 months. Hours are 20-40 per week, based on availability. 

Principal Responsibilities

·         Effectively market HR processes and enhance perceived value of HR Representation to NA workforce.

·         Support recruiting and staffing efforts and coordinate interviews as requested.

·         Support change management initiatives and other activities as assigned.

Talent Strategy Projects

·         Harmonize co-op programs across locations for security systems in North America.

·         Support functional departments with the creation of visual career paths.

·         Work with functional departments and locations to identify competitors for talent. Perform competitive analysis activities and identify untapped pipelines to acquire top talent.

·         Support the positioning of Bosch as an Employer of Choice.
