Intern - Business Development - January 2023 - 6 month minimum
Job Description
· You’ll be assigned to a team and work on real-life projects that bring our products and services to life
· On the job training and professional development will be provided to enable you to contribute to the business
· Review market reports and support research to determine which new business opportunities / Products are beneficial for Bosch business strategy
Collect and analyze trends to help validate business related hypothesis
Qualifications
· 3rd – 4th year student in Business Administration who can work in 6 to 8 months
· Quite good English skills (Speaking and Writing)
· Good communication and interpersonal skill and teamwork
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel…)
· Hardworking, enthusiastic, dynamic
· Well organized, detail-oriented person
· Customer service mindset, with a good eye for detail
· Review market reports and support research to determine which new business opportunities are beneficial for Bosch’s corporate strategy
· Collect and analyze trends to help validate business related hypothesis
· Support development of go-to-market strategy for business growth projects
· Support financial analysis and business case development associated with M&A projects
· Support execution of internal innovation campaigns
· Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Graduate degree (Masters, MBA, etc.) preferably in Market Research, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business with one semester completed
· Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
· Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
· Experience with market research or other research methods with the ability to build questionnaires, analyze data and identify insights from the research
· Experience pulling data from third party sources (e.g Google Analytics, Industry reports, etc.)
· Familiarity with Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Jot Form or other online survey platforms
· Ability to take direction, but work independently as well as an integral member of the team
· Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
· Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural work environment
· Strong communicator and comfortable giving presentations
Comfortable with hybrid working and being able to navigate remote work, including using Microsoft Teams and Skype for meetings
