  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    We are looking for a self-motivated, pro-active individual to be a contributing member to our Security team who will cooperate with the worldwide Bosch Security Competence network. 

    Some of the roles/tasks are as follows:

    Security Management

    • Understand customer and internal requirements regarding security
    • Act as point of contact for security during the development of a project
    • Conduct internal security engineering processes during the development of a project (including Threat and Risk Analysis and Security Concept)

    Threat and Risk Analysis

    • Coordinate cross-discipline team to accurately define and understand potential security assets and threats
    • Escalate issues that may hinder objectives of analysis
    • Support development team in spotting vulnerabilities
    • Creation of documentation

    Security Concept

    • Coordinate cross-discipline team to accurately define and understand a security concept for the project
    • Define system level security requirements for the different phases of product development (design, development, manufacturing)
    • Creation of documentation

    Safety, System Architects

    • SW Engineering / SW Architecs Background
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Enrolled in an Accredited BS/MS University program in a computer or technical related field.  (Information Security/Assurance, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science) with at least one semester completed
    • Experience in software quality
    • Basic knowledge of fuzz testing
    • Experience in software development such as C, C++, Python, and Java.
    •  Demonstrate a strong desire/interest to work in the Automotive Engineering field.
    • Must possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0
    • Minimum 18 years of age
