Job Description

• Monitor and report on the Enterprise Value Chain departmental budget in North America, including the following expense and recovery categories:
  

• - Project chargeable hours
  - External supplier costs
  - Infrastructure costs
  - Travel expenses
  - Training costs
• Dispute incorrect charges in a timely manner, when necessary.
• Document the internal cost flow and recovery processes and propose measures to remediate any gaps or deficiencies in the process.
• Design and implement a process to forecast annual costs and expected cost recovery.
• Collect and consolidate data required for the annual business planning process.
• Other duties as assigned.
