    Job Description

    Are you passionate about driving change through communication? Do you want to help shape future strategies through market intelligence? This may be the position for you!

    We are looking for a candidate to focus on marketing strategy and communication activities.  The chosen candidate will assist in marketing strategy activities such as internal communcation and market planning to help shape the future strategy of Car Multimedia. The candidate will continue to drive internal communication strategy to share CM strategy, competitor intelligence, and market information to CM associates. Additionally, learn the intricate details of event programming, working with the communication team to present our brand and products in creative and experiential ways. Similarly, coordinate speaking engagements for key management at industry events to position Bosch as a thought leader in the connected vehicles market. Learning objectives are achieved through training, observation and learning by doing under close supervision with constructive feedback.

    Your responsibilities:

    •       Execute the plan for internal communication via channels such as email and Bosch Connect.

    •       Support planning of tradeshow exhibits and speaking engagements, including logistics and advertising.

    •       Develop a method to gauge event effectiveness and make recommendations for future event participation.

    •       Work with product teams to design and develop marketing materials including one-pagers, email communications and more.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    •       Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Marketing or Business Administration

    •       1+ years’ experience in related field; will consider prior internship or co-op experience required.

    Skills:

    •       Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

    •       Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

    •       Ability to have open communication with minimum direction.

    •       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
    • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed
    • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
    • Minimum 20 hours a week during school, 40 hours a week in the summer
