Job Description

The Engineering Management intern will work directly with the local and global Mechanical Product Engineering Leadership team to support management activities throughout the organization. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Resource planning tool and report development 
• Technical and organizational communication 
• Research and development cost tracking and forecast
• Operational excellence deployment
• Tracking of Local and Global OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Support the Engineering Management team by using MS Power BI, Confluence, JIRA and other management and reporting tools

Qualifications

• Student in B.S. in Engineering or Management 
• Knowledgeable in Python and Data Science Python libraries
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Power BI
• Knowledgeable in Management or Engineering Management 
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed
  • B.S. IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING / COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING WITH MASTERS IN ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT OR MBA (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED)

   

• Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
