    Job Description

    Bosch’s Rotational Development Program is a 18-24-month, entry-level rotational program. Our Rotational Development Program is designed for Bachelor's and Master's level candidates. Our program puts you on the fast track for professional and leadership opportunities throughout Bosch.

    **The Finance & Controlling Trainee opportunity is composed of three to four rotational assignments in various facets of business operations including:
    Corporate Finance: **Product analysis, margin forecast/planning
    **Sales & Price controlling: **Price quotations, sales forecasting, market share analysis
    Logistics: Logistics planning activities
    Plant: Understand manufacturing processes and cost structure and impact on result.

    You will be partnered with an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance as well as a peer mentor to help guide you through the program. You will also gain leadership exposure through structured networking events and targeted training.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications: (Must Haves)

    • Bachelor's Degree received within the last 2 years with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA in one of the following majors: Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting.
    • Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience in data analysis, especially working in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Geographically mobile: Candidates must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S.

    **Must be authorized to work in the United States - Bosch does not offer visa sponsorship for any of the positions under this program.

    Preferred Qualifications: **

    • Master’s in Finance, Business or other relevant field
    • Able to work independently
    • Self-motivated
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Familiarity with PowerBI
