Job Description

• Assist Lean project team and Lean Navigators on implementation of lean work organization at the technical center of Powertrain Solutions Division in North America
• Prepare and participate in project / milestone reviews
• Support and conduct team workshops and tool/method training
• Support daily project work: prepare presentations, data generation/analysis, communication, etc.

Preferred Skills: Good MS Office skills, i.e. Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, OneNote

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Engineering, Business, Finance or similar with at least one course completed
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to work 20 - 40 hours per week
