    Job Description

    As a Sales Operations and Controlling Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about the eBike industry and gain valuable insights on sales operations and processes, controlling, logistics, as well as inventory management. Efficiency, attention to detail, and proactiveness will be key to your success in this role.

    TASKS:

    • Support in processing customer orders, order tracking, invoicing, and checking of account receivables, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
    • Assist with the introduction of an inventory management system for sample inventory, i.e. implementation, data migration and maintenance, testing, system updates
    • Support in administrative tasks such as price uploads, and product data management, and general data entry
    • Perform internal controls to ensure data accuracy and sales processes policies are followed
    • Identify, assess, and communicate any issues associated with logistics, controlling, and sales support
    • Manage regular sample and fleet inventory file checks, and ad hoc reporting
    • Occasionally oversee transportation in route to ensure timely pick-up and delivery
    • Ad Hoc work and support on special projects as directed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Computer Science, or a closely related field with one semester completed
    • Minimum of overall GPA of 3.0
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
    • Candidate must be self-directed, self-motivated, have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have the ability to prioritize, and work independently or as an integral member of a team.
    • Experience in data management and a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making
    • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
    • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or Inventory Management Systems beneficial
    • Comfortable with hybrid working and being able to navigate remote work, including using Microsoft Teams for meetings
