Job Description
Looking for detail oriented individual with strong math skills, majoring in math, science, engineering, project management, or finance, with management aspirations and good communication & soft skills to assist Driver Assistant - North America management in generating, checking, and reconciling reports on development efforts planning and control, production performance, and other resource or budget related data.
Duties include:
Creating, checking, and reconciling Ad-hock reports on resources planning, actual use, costs, and projections
Creating combinations of reports, presentations, and other aids to deliver targeted data and message to DA-NA staff.
Collaborate with Cost controlling (CC/CTG-NA group) on monthly and forecast reports analysis and combination with other data to provide DA-NA leadership target data for business performance evaluation
Collaborate with plants’ controlling to add production data analysis
Collaborate with DA-NA management to support their efforts in data entry and analysis for resources’ planning and controlling
Process various databases queries supporting all the above
Deliver presentations and support reviews of data

how projects are planned and managed,
how development and production may influence each other,

and many other aspects of business that will be helpful for aspiring managers, economists, financial controllers, entrepreneurs, and many other related fields
Qualifications
Basic:
At least 2 years of college in science, engineering, or management field
Math related courses at or above B
Has completed at or above B grade at least 2 of the following:
Course(s) requiring extensive team work and collaboration
Economy or finance course(s)
Database related course
Management course(s)
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed
Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Desired:
Completed courses in all 4 categories above
Demonstrated (through school projects or prior work assignments)
Ability to use soft skills to secure collaboration and support of others
Ability to analyze large and complex data
Ability & developed strategies to learn quickly on the job
Very detail oriented
Striving for precision and excellence in work products
Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Able to deal with multiple tasks and priorities
Knowledge of MS PowerBI and SAP are helpful.
