Job Description

Hardware design engineer that will be involved in design activities for emerging field of vehicle computers. This position will involve adapting latest ARM architectures for automotive application. The ideal candidate should be proactive in management of design product stages and have a desire to coordinate global cross functional design activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 3+ Years of experience with embedded systems (low level programming experience (Embedded C, I2C, I2S, SPI, etc) and (networking experience (routing tables,firewalls,ssh)
• 2+ years of schematic/PCB Design experience (HDI)  
• 2+ years of EMC design experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Instrumentation devices (oscilloscope,logic analyzer,spectrum analyzer,DC loads,etc)

Preferred:

• Experience in automotive infotainment product design
• Familiarity with automotive product validation
• Experience with Linux (Bash scripting, automation, cross compiling, embedded flavors,   [e.g. yocto project])
• Experience in scripting languages (Python)
• Soldering skills
• High level programming experience/data visualization (C#/Node.js/web frameworks)
• FPGA experience (VHDL/Verilog)
