  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Support the software team with development, tuning, verification and validation of "Driver Assistance" functions (e.g. for adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning and rear radar functions)
    •  Support the team with re-simulation / data mining / labeling / testing
    • Create batch scripts, Windows applications, or tools based on team needs.
    • Measure and analyze KPI's for Radar functions.
    • Optimize tools based on KPI's and test results.
    • Support technical project manager for tool development process documentation and update of tool development plans.
    • Manage and maintain computing cluster and local data server.
    • Manage and maintain Azure subscription including data management and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
    • Minimum 18 years of age
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with one semester completed
    • 1 yr software code exposure/ programming experience in C++ and/or Python
    • (Academic) experience with software development / testing
    • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team in a remote fashion.
    • Student should also be able to work independently in an organized and structured fashion.

    Preferred:

    • 1 yr experience with scripting languages (Python).
    • 1 yr experience with Cloud computing (Azure or AWS).
    • Academic experience with data science, AI, or Machine Learning.
    • Knowledge of "Driver Assistance" functions and sensor technologies.
