Job Description
Drive increased sales in key accounts (Bike Manufacturers) in North America. Provide world-class service, support and training for key account personnel to increase knowledge of Bosch eBike Systems technologies and the Company?s product, sales and service offerings. Key activities include
Develop and create market demand environment for e-bike business in North America.
Develop and maintain close business relationships with regional bicycle partners
Identify potential customers, develop regional customer strategies and implement resulting sales plan
Business planning and Sales Controlling including Acquisition planning and management, VPZ (Sales volume planning)
Educate account representatives on technology and the Company?s product line features
Support OEMs in regional dealer and launch events
Regional interface to AE-EB global organization (Sales, Product Management)
Provide information on global customer trends, innovation, market, competition, OEM strategy and product requirements in related product segments
Set strategic direction by identifying and researching market and drive the regional product roadmap in coordination with Global Business Unit (AE-EB)
Key Skills: The individual should be a strong, independent performer with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of operating autonomously and with minimal management support, having a long-termed experience and excellent network in the bike industry; a growth-oriented sales executive with a verifiable record of driving sustainable revenue growth.
Travel Expectation: This position requires regional travel 20% of the time with 80% based in our HQ Irvine. May also include some international travel.

MBA with Sales concentration
Cross-functional expertise, strategic business skills, and leadership in planning and executing short and long-term strategies
Strong relationship building skills with key internal and external resources, including customers, channel partners, vendors and further partners
Capable of managing negotiations and challenging customer situations
Global company experience
General understanding of cycling market and experience with cycling activities
Cycling Enthusiast
