Job Description

As our HR Co-op Intern, you will:

• Support site HR team projects related to associate attraction, engagement, development and retention (co-op positions)
• Support site HR activities such as orientation, intern program activities, diversity and inclusion program, wellness events, etc.
• Support with completing I-9 paperwork for new hires and re-verification of documents
• Potential HR projects could be in the areas of compensation analysis, event planning/support, HR Analytics, talent acquisition and talent management
• Prepare site related HR communications and presentations
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, university relation activities
• Provide support to corporate HR Business Partners, as needed
• Be contact point (HR partner) for all interns
• Support yearly event, project of HR department
• Administrative support in HR department
• Ad-hoc task required
• Other duties and projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors degree (Human Resources or related major)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcript required)
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday), no overtime
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint and Excel (vlookup and pivot tables)
• Experience in HRIS system data entry and report writing, preferred
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
• Attention to detail and good organization skills
• High sense of discipline and confidentiality
• Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship (no J1 or F1 visa holders)
