  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Develop strategies, action plans, and relationships to influence the specification and purchase of Bosch product offerings within region.
    • Identify, qualify, and develop target clients.
    • Recognize and capitalize on new and existing market opportunities.
    • Attend industry and trade association meetings; support PR activities.
    • Call upon all potential specifiers, A&E, influencers, and decision-makers within assigned industry segment(s)/accounts.
    • Present, discuss, adjust and follow up on technical/commercial solutions with potential specifiers, influencers, & decision-makers.
    • Gather and provide feedback on product requirements, market trends, customer/end-user needs to internal stake holders.
    • Ensure that all discussions with potential clients and industry function related appearance conform to stated business objectives and company guidelines.
    • Lend support in the sales process from initial contact and relationship development through needs analysis, account strategic development, product demonstration, proposal of business solution, proposal closure, and strategic partner involvement.
    • Coordinate the necessary internal and external resources to track and close deals
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical field, marketing, management or related is preferred.
    • Requires 3 years Security industry (IP video) experience, working with customers, preferably from the manufacturer level.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Must possess strong presentation skills.
    • Requires self-motivated individual with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Willingness to travel as required within geographic region required (50%+ of time).
    • Good working knowledge and experience in the design and installation of IP/IT products or professional audio or communications products.
    • Industry affiliations and certification a plus.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

    Additional Information

    The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $160,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
