    Bosch Communications Systems has an exciting opportunity for you! Do you have a background in the Pro AV industry, proven experience managing a Partner network, and a passion to drive growth in a sales territory with a strong team?

    As an Eastern Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will report to the Regional Sales Director, and while working in concert with regional resources (e.g. Manufacturer's Reps, Field Sales Engineers and Business Development), you will be responsible for providing exceptional and proactive customer service to support the Bosch Integrated Audio Brands. The Integrated Audio Brands team has primary responsibility for Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch branded products being sold through our Reseller and Integrator channel network. You will also partner with the Business Development and Distribution sales teams, along with Marketing to ensure positive business results meet the Bosch Communications Systems business plan.

    We are looking for a stellar Regional Sales Manager that resides in the Detroit MI, or Cincinnati/Cleveland OH or Indiannapolis area. Top candidates must be **** willing and able to travel greater than 50% of the time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a specific region while identifying key growth accounts and customer engagement opportunities.
    • Develop and build strong relationships throughout the Pro AV channel.
    • Develop and drive project creation that enables, motivates, and incentivizes Partners to lead with the Bosch portfolio.
    • Manage partner programs and relationships with sales, management, and procurement.
    • Exceed sales budgets and critical business objectives.
    • Develop new partners and opportunities promoting a diverse product line.
    • Proactively manage resellers and integrators both direct and indirect thru distribution.
    • Conduct demos, host regional marketing events, and attend national tradeshows.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in business or related field/industry is preferred.
    • 5+ years sales experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role selling Commercial Audio, Pro-Audio, and Sound Reinforcement preferred.
    • In-depth vertical knowledge inside Education, Corporate, Hospitality, Sports, and Houses of Worship.
    • Ability to establish credibility quickly with key customers and the Integrated Audio Brands team.
    • Must understand how to manage partners buying direct and also through distribution.
    • Must have a proven track record of success and quota achievement.
    • Must have CRM experience and operate as a forecasting expert.
    • Demonstrates strong work and business ethics with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Proven ability to build internal relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
    • Exceptional communication skills, which include both verbally and digitally with the ability to tailor communications depending on the audience.
    • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functions teams to drive results.
    • Ability to establish growth plans while challenging our partners to outperform against the competition.
    • Experience with software applications including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams) and Power BI.
    • Willing and able to travel greater than 50% of the time.
