    At The Bosch Agency, our sales professionals meet with clients to assist them with their financial needs. We offer our clients options for mortgage protection, living benefits, college savings, retirement planning and final expense products.

    • We can help you get off to a FAST START. $100,000 + your first year.

    · Full-time sales role good for students, retirees, and people who appreciate flexibility, with potential for advancement and no ceiling on commission or bonuses.

    · A role that is ideal for flexible, goal-oriented communicators who thrive on meeting new people and being on the move.

    o We are seeking to IMMEDIATELY hire full-time or part-time sales professionals.

    o Full-time sales professionals can earn well over $100,00 per year.

      • Part-time sales professionals can earn over $50,000 per year.

    · With the help of our PROVEN TRAINING system we can make this business simple for you to learn and will show you how to start making money within one to two weeks.

    • There is NO Cold Calling. We have a proven lead system. Our leads come from homeowners who mail or call in with a request for Mortgage Protection. We get thousands of these leads every week.
    • We provide free training and live support on the spot when you are with the client in their home.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set appointments from qualified leads or your own referrals.
    • Present and sell our products to clients.
    • Expand business reach through networking techniques.
    • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a life insurance license or have the availability to obtain a license within the next 1-3 weeks. We will show you how to get licensed.
    • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Must be a U.S. citizen.
    • Must be a self starter looking to work for yourself and RUN YOU OWN BUSINESS
    • STRONG ability to set and follow your own schedule.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred, but not needed.
    • Reliable transportation.

    Compensation/Benefits:

    • Commission based pay.
    • Average commission per sale is $500 which goes up based on performance
    • Earn $2,000 to $3,000 per week.
    • Commissions paid daily directly from the Insurance Carriers.
    • Monthly bonuses available for top sales producers.
    • All expenses paid vacations for top sales producers.
    • Opportunity for promotion every two months
