Job Description

Healthcare Inside Sales Account Manager. Base Salary Plus Commission. Total earning around $65K. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for responding and following up on B2B leads and inquiries.  

This position is an "In Office" Position Near Milton, MA. 

• Effectively responds to multichannel product inquiries from website, emails, social media and telephone calls. 
• Coverts leads into sales by working with potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Maintains CRM database and updates potential customer information.. 
• Conducts follow-up calls after sale to ensure product and service satisfaction. 
• Conducts on-going communication with existing customers as needed.
• Customer base generally includes healthcare, hospitals, medical facilities and non-medical facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Two Year Degree or Equivalent Preferred
• Experience With CRM's - Salesforce/Hubspot/HighLevel
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Medical / Healthcare Sales Experience Preferred But Not Required
• 2 Years Inside Sales, Sales Manager or Account Manager Experience
