Job Description

Must have Casino or Hotel Recruiting experience. "In office position". 

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Recruits several hundred hourly employees per year
• Interviews applicants on Zoom, MS Teams and Facetime
• Attends job fairs 
• Coordinates second interviews with hiring managers
• Generates new hire onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify
• Runs background checks on new hires
• Posts requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System

Qualifications

• 2 Years Hotel or Casino Recruiter Experience
• College Degree Preferred
• English- Spanish Preferred
