    Job Description

    BOSTON DIRECT IN FRAMINGHAM IS HIRING FOR FULL-TIME ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPS.

    We are currently hiring entry level customer service and sales individuals with a customer service background. We've found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train and make a great transition to our team. We are currently operating 100% REMOTELY FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF TRAINING AFTER WHICH WE WILL HAVE YOU ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS IN NORMAL DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS.

    We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition.

    • 1 to 2 years of Customer Service / Sales

    Customer Service and Sales job requirements and qualifications

    • Previous experience in customer support, client services, door to door sales, or a related field
    • Excellent at communicating face to face and handling rejection
    • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording customer information
    • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
    • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
