    THE OPPORTUNITY

    POSITION: Client Engagement Manager

    LOCATION: Remote with some travel required

    Boston Harbor Consulting is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to oversee technology consulting projects using the following SAP Sales Cloud products:

    1. SAP Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
    2. SAP Commerce
    3. SAP Commissions
    4. SAP Cloud Platform Integration

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage SAP CPQ engagements, including end-to-end ownership of the project from kick-off to post-production support
    • Create and manage project schedules encompassing development, testing, and go-live activities
    • Oversee requirements gathering with clients and running user story grooming sessions with key stakeholders
    • Obtain requirements sign-off for each sprint to ensure compliance with client objectives
    • Provide coordination and leadership for both internal and client project members
    • Build rapport with client project sponsors and mitigate conflict as necessary
    • Learn the client's business as a subject matter expert
    • Identify and track customer pain-points, and gaps between business process requirements and systems capabilities
    • Break down business problems into functional and technical requirements
    • Manage project budget and prepare and distribute project invoices to clients
    • Identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements to BHC service delivery processes
    • Manage the activities and tasks associated with multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ensure project team complies with timesheet entry guidelines by entering hours and task detail daily in the timesheet system
    • Ensure project team complies with requirements gathering guidelines by documenting all user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
    • Be able to work flexible hours due to the location of customers and teams globally
    • Support the development of training and implementation material
    • Develop an understanding of the features, capabilities, and limitations of SAP CPQ
    • Monitor project progress by tracking development activity, resolving bottlenecks, and publishing status reports
    • Communicate with senior management regarding project progress in writing and daily meetings

    ​REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (Computer Science, Engineering, other quantitative fields, or equivalent practical experience)
    • 5-7 years of technology consulting project implementation experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Organized with excellent time-management skills
    • Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel domestically
    • Willingness to travel at least 20%
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Access and or SQL experience is a plus
    • SAP Sales Cloud experience is a plus
    • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
    • User Interface Design is a plus
    • PMP, Certified Business Analyst, or Certified Scrum Master a plus
    • Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive and able to affect change
