  • Responsibilities

    Under direct supervision and following standard procedures sorts incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail by performing the following duties.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

     

    1. Collects and distributes mail; opens envelopes by hand or machine and sorts mail according to destination and type such as returned letters, adjustments, bills, orders, and payments.  
    2. Stamps outgoing mail by hand or with postage meter; weighing mail to determine that postage is correct.  
    3. Folds letters or circulars and inserts in envelopes.  
    4. Answers phone calls for supply orders; receiving deliveries at dock area  
    5. Fills and sends mail-mobile hourly  
    6. Provides relief and back up to the Receptionist.  
    7. Performs other duties as assigned

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

  • Qualifications

    Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or seven years of experience administration of a SharePoint farm environment. Experience must include five years of the following: creating SharePoint workflows using InfoPath, Nintex and .NET; developing ASP.NET applications/pages; upgrading SharePoint environment 2010 to 2013; Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007/Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. Experience must include two years SharePoint 2010. Experience may be gained concurrently.
