Responsibilities: As part of the Wealth Advisory team, the Wealth Service Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Advisory and Business Development groups with administrative support. This role will provide administrative support in an efficient and well-organized manner in the areas of client meeting materials, quarterly reporting, account maintenance (opening/closing accounts), and clerical duties, including copying, scanning and filing. Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: -Provide general administrative support to the Wealth Advisory and Business -Development groups which includes copying, scanning, and filing documents -Support Wealth Advisory team as needed on ongoing firm projects -Prepare and complete various reports for clients and prospects -Process client paperwork -Process Salesforces cases as needed -Provide support as needed for Client Advisor Associates and Business Development Associates -Other duties as assigned Qualifications: -1-2 years of experience required -Bachelor degree preferred -Organizational and time management skill
