    The American Law Program at Boston University School of Law seeks an instructor to teach an Immigration Law Course for the Fall 2023, which begins on September 5, 2023.

    Required Skills

    Prior experience in practice of Immigration Law is strongly preferred.

  • Qualifications

    Responsible for processing a variety of documents required for the shipment of finished goods and the receiving of raw materials in accordance with established procedure.

    • Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials and record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies in to the computer system.
    • Prepare outbound product with appropriate seals and labels and stage for pick up using a variety of equipment including scales, postage meters, hand tools, power tools, and hand trucks.
    • Receive inbound deliveries by reviewing contents, order records, manifests, and invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipment. Record receipts in computer system and arrange for storage according to established procedures.
    • Respond to customer inquiries courteously, accurately and timely. Investigate a variety of issues including, but not limited to, shipping issues, inventory levels, and costs. Refer complex issues to the next higher level.
    • Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks including filing, sorting, printing, copying, and faxing.
    • Comply with all established organization rules including, but not limited to, work rules, employment policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Perform other duties as assigned
