Trustmark Benefits is looking for a medical advisor/subject matter expert in the following fields: musculoskeletal medicine, general medicine, and mental illness who will perform medical reviews of disability, life, cancer/critical illness and accident claim files on a contracted 1099-basis. All M.D.’s must have active, unrestricted state licenses and be board certified in their respective fields.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Medical Director for Disability and Long Term Care.

Required Skills Required Experience
BS degree is required with 1-3 years of work experience. Familiar with ImageJ or other image software and basic light microscopic sectioning and staining techniques is preferred but not required. We will provide training.
