  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly motivated laboratory research technician with strong experience working with mice and mouse tumor models for a joint project led by Dr. Darren Roblyer in the Dept. of Biomedical Engineering, and Dr. David Waxman in the Dept. of Biology at Boston University. The successful candidate will work on a Dept. of Defense (DOD) sponsored project to develop new chemotherapeutic and immunotherapy-based treatment strategies to improve tumor responses and limit treatment resistance. Prior experience with mouse oncology models and demonstrated skillsets in tissue culture, immunohistochemistry and small animal handling are highly desired. Experience and interest in intravital imaging with multi-photon and diffuse optical technologies is a plus.



    Required Skills

    The successful applicant will have strong experience in preclinical oncology or related areas, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a highly collaborative setting with biologists and engineers.
