  • Responsibilities

    To transport materials between plants, warehouse and cold storage facility to maintain the operation of the plant.

    Required Skills

    • The safe handling and operation of the tractors and trailers.
    • Fueling tractors and trailers and properly filling out the fuel receipts.
    • In winter month’s drivers will need to make sure trucks are plugged in and kept running as needed.
    • Inspecting trailers and reporting any damage to the tractors, trailers, building, etc. to a Supervisor.
    • Immediately reporting accidents with a written account of incident.
    • Notify Shipping/Receiving Supervisor or Crewleader when falling behind on your schedule so adjustment can be made.
    • The ability to lift up to 50#.
