    WE ARE SEEKING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR OUR DEFIANCE OFFICE.

     

    Our Operations Managers report on-site to City Presidents located in each office. Our City Presidents are responsible for overall office operations including sales, lending and business development.

     

    On a typical day, you will enjoy a high level of customer contact, and be able to draw upon your own customer service skills and experience to handle the mix of routine and unexpected requests. Your confidence and people skills will help you cultivate customer relationships while upholding our exceptional customer service standards. 

     

    You will have the prestige, security and room to grow offered by a large company, and the intimacy of a Community Bank, where you will know our customers by name, and work in a team-centered environment.

     

    You will use your supervisory experience to direct the transaction activities of the Tellers and New Account Reps and guide their training and development. Your team will look to you to help resolve routine procedural and processing issues.

     

    Other responsibilities will include completing schedules; ensuring reports are completed; opening and closing of the branch; overseeing branch maintenance and security; providing training and discipline; making recommendations for hiring, promotions, transfer and separation; completing performance evaluations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

     

    The ideal applicant will have 2-5 years of banking experience, including teller, new accounts and supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. Strong customer service, management and public relations skills are required.

     

    Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, NO SATURDAYS._ _

  • Qualifications

    At least one year of research experience in a preclinical rodent laboratory.
