  • Responsibilities

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Operate multiple call switchboard console and routes calls to the appropriate person or department. Also responsible for directing visitors and recording UPS or FedEx deliveries.

    MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet visitors arriving in main lobby and contacts appropriate internal personnel as required.
    • Answer and directs all incoming calls, may take messages where necessary.
    • Operate internal paging system. Receive and log UPS and FedEx deliveries.
    • Maintain and distribute internal telephone lists in conjunction with Office Services Clerk.
    • Write up receiving tickets from purchase orders for incoming packages.
    • Print out daily and monthly telephone log report for cost accounting.
    • Maintain lobby, to include updating brochures, World Report and straightening up.
    • Maintain schedule for conference rooms.
    • Perform mail room services as a back up for Office Services Clerk.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills

    • High School diploma.
    • Traditional Chinese preferred

     

    Required Experience

    Two years experience as receptionist and switchboard operator.
