    OVERVIEW:  Management Science Associates, Inc., (MSA) is a diversified information management company that for over half a century has given market leaders the competitive edge in data management, analytics and technology. We are seeking an Information Systems Analyst to join the MSA CORPIT group.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyzes and evaluates desktop hardware and software relative to client requirements and site environment
    • Monitors system configurations including software and hardware recommending modifications as needed to ensure system reliability and security
    • Troubleshoots and administers MSA’s enterprise desktop environment related to desktops, notebooks and virtual workstations
    • Supports and administers MSA’s MDM user community
    • Provides technical leadership for MSA’s desktop support team
    • Oversees incoming service desk tickets ensuring they are addressed appropriately

    Required Skills

    • Four-year degree program in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience learning information technology concepts, plus knowledge of servers, systems administration and Microsoft based operating systems
    • Minimum of two years’ related experience with Microsoft client workstations and Microsoft server environments
    • Experience working with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager along with a general understanding of VMware and Citrix technologies
    • SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience a plus
    • Customer service skills including good written and oral communication, documentation details, organization, follow-through, deadline awareness and responsiveness
    • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently as well as with others to solve complex system related issues
    • Must be a team player with the capabilities to lead when needed
