Group Class Instructor - Cornelia, GA
Substitute/As-needed/On-call, number of hours depends on demand
HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our community client site located in Cornelia, GA. In this position you will provide fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit, and other various formats.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Two or more years of superior full life cycle recruiting experience; including: 1) consistent track record of delivering high-level talent acquisition solutions and strategies; 2) candidate assessment; 3) marketplace intelligence and geographic awareness; 4) consultative relationship builds with hiring managers and candidates; and 5) timely fills with quality candidates.
Bilingual (Spanish) required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proven experience and knowledge creating sourcing maps and strategies for a comprehensive and focused approach to finding talent related manufacturing function.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including strong negotiation and candidate closing skills and the ability to influence hiring managers.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office products, applicant tracking systems, and various applicant outreach platforms.
