    Our Global Client Services Team is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate small client-facing professional services projects for SilkRoad solution deployments and enhancements. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects by engaging the client contact, coordinating resources and schedules, reporting status, supporting issue escalation, and closing out the project.

    Your contributions to SilkRoad will include:

    • Being the client point of contact for small Statement of Work or Change Order services projects, including client welcome, resourcing, scheduling, status reporting, and issue escalation.
    • Coordinating and verifying all necessary project deliverables and documentation are satisfactorily completed and delivered to client for assigned projects.
    • Using available tools and software to ensure proper tracking, scheduling, and communication for assigned projects.
    • Ensuring time and expense reporting processes are followed for assigned projects (e.g., timely submission, approvals).
    • Escalating any critical delivery issues to PMO Director or GCS leadership team when required.
    • Upon completion of assigned projects, following process to close assignments and projects.
    • Participating in ‘Lessons Learned’ sessions to share positive and constructive project learnings.

    Required Skills

    • Proficient with computer software and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years serving in a client-facing services project coordinator role.
    • Experience in areas of customer communications, project scheduling, and compliance with policies and procedures.
