    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for end-to-end ownership of digital products, capabilities or platforms, which are all managed as products. Establishes and maintains relationships with key business and technical stakeholders. Performs customer research and competitive analyses. Analyzes efficient, cost effective solutions to support enterprise objectives.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for multiple products.
    • Collaborates closely with delivery and product teams to provide day-to-day coordination of priorities across multiple scrum teams and synchronization of backlog for multiple products.
    • Defines, tracks and communicates key performance indicators to track business results for multiple products.
    • Stays informed on how technologies are evolving to foster continuous innovation and operational excellence.
    • Applies knowledge and skills in their own discipline to complete a wide range of tasks. Identifies key issues from conflicting or partial information.
    • Requires instructions only on new assignments.
    • Works under limited supervision.
    • May act as an informal resource for others with less experience.
    • Duties and assignments are moderately difficult and frequently non-routine.
    • Requires judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
    • Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 6 – 8 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 8-10 years of related experience.
    • Master's Degree is preferred
    • Vitech and V3locity is preferred

    For candidates based in IL/WI (within travel distance), this will be a hybrid role and the ideal candidate will be required to work on-site at our office in Lake Forest, IL for 3 days. Fully remote candidates are also welcome to apply.
