RESPIRATORY CARE MANAGEMENT (RCM) PROGRAM
PATH has been working in the field of oxygen delivery for almost a decade. Working globally over 10 geographies, including India, our medical oxygen technical assistance has brought together advocacy and policy, market development, engineering, product design / innovation, and health system strengthening. PATH is a key member of the ACT-A COVID-19 Oxygen Emergency Task Force led by the WHO. PATH’s team is made up of both global and country-based experts with in-depth understanding of oxygen ecosystem providing support. We have tools and expertise to support rigorous facility oxygen needs assessments, quantification, costing and oxygen distribution network design and facility selection.
In India, PATH has been working closely for the last 1 year with various government, non-government and private stakeholders in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Punjab and Karnataka providing technical assistance to address delays and fast track installation of Government of India / PM Cares approved PSA oxygen plants. Currently, PATH is working with government officials, donors, and partners to providing technical assistance to 14 states for helping them become self-sufficient in oxygen.

Requires a four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a computer related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum eight years of relevant experience with software automation, systems engineering, application analysis or related position. Must have experience designing, implementing and supporting standard or specialized automation software.
A minimum of six years’ relevant experience supporting Job scheduling software (BMC Control M is viewed favorably)
Extensive experience supporting Control-M Workload Automation Enterprise Suite
Control-M Administration, Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Control-M, Scripting and Technical Documentation development.
Proficiency and advanced experience with specialized automation software or scripting required for automation such as scheduling automation software, process and decision automation, data capture, management and transfer tools, workflow orchestration, robotic process automation (RPA), and business rule management software
Detailed knowledge of specialized automation architecture and administration with experience in migration and upgrades of specialized automation software and the various components/modules
Experience with software automation programmatic interface technologies such as RESTful web services and JSON.
Proficiency and advanced experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and Microsoft database technologies, and SQL
Experience with multiple operating system platforms such as Linux, AIX, Microsoft, etc.
Detailed knowledge of general IT infrastructure, networking, and distributed application architecture as well as familiarity with event data logging and collection, and general data integration methodologies.
Exceptional communicator with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders including the ability to translate and present technical and analytical issues
