Sales & Promotions Assistant Role
This is a very customer-centric role. Day to day you will be speaking to customers, building rapport, and making sure they are given the best information to make an informed choice.
Overall making sure they are given a great experience. You will be responsible for representing our clients with complete confidence, professionalism, and transparency. We do not believe in the hard sell. Customer experience is at the top of our agenda and we promise clients quality acquisitions.
Responsibilities
Engaging and interacting with customers to promote client's products & services
Conducting presentations and demonstrations
Handling queries
Gathering data to complete reports
Meeting KPIs
Completing sales
