Boucherie restaurant in New Orleans seeks a highly motivated applicant for an open host position. Boucherie is open three days per week (Thursday-Saturday). Responsibilities include: booking reservations, answering the telephone, working the reservation software, greeting guests at the door, seating guests, checking the voicemail, and occasionally working the pass.
