POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING MARKETS: Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Saint Petersburg, and Sanford, Winter Haven, and Lakeland COMPENSATION: $30.00 per hour + Gas Stipend for drivers and $1,000 SIGNING BONUS DURATION: Now- December 2021 NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED: WILL PROVIDE ALL ON THE JOB TRAINING WEEKLY PAY/FLEXIBLE AND FIXED SCHEDULES AVAILABLE - FULL OR PART-TIME

OVERVIEW:

• Work with your manager to ensure project goals are being executed and accurately tracked
• Attend required trainings and team meetings
• Travel at you managers discretion within your assigned local Florida territory
• Report field activities to your manager
• Work all required events and shifts in the field as required by your manager
• Shifts are in 4-hour blocks: 9 AM-1 PM, 1 PM- 5 PM, 5 PM- 9 PM. You may work up to 2 shifts per day.
• You will be assigned a field representative partner, and work in pairs of two at all times.
• Maintain approved COVID safety protocols for your team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and lead by example
• Possess excellent communication skills, is outgoing, honest, and hard-working
• Technologically savvy
• Able to pass a background check to ensure safety and efficiency of the project
• Participate and complete all required training
• Previous field experience is a plus
• Ability to connect with residents and report on local activity
• Valid Drivers License
• Field representatives with a car will receive highest hiring priority
