We are currently seeking dedicated Instructional Assistants to join our growing team. Our BCBAs provide excellent training and our back office is here to support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Be loving, professional, and courteous!
• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy to developmentally delayed children. Services are supervised by a BCBA
• Collect data and record it accurately daily
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBA, and office staff

Requirements:

• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working with children
