    Boutique Manager

    • Lead and drive the overall performance of a global flagship boutique, elevating sales, client experience, and team effectiveness in a high-growth luxury environment
    • Oversee team leadership, client development, and operational excellence, ensuring strong KPI achievement and a best-in-class service culture
    • Build and expand a high-value client network through proactive outreach, local networking, and VIC engagement
