Boutique Recruiting has partnered with a wealth management firm, that is looking for an Associate Advisor to join their team. This position is located in San Diego, CA and will be on-site but can become 4 days in office and 1 day at home once training is completed. Our client is seeking an Associate Advisor to be a key member of the team and provide exceptional service to  their customers. This candidate should be highly motivated, ambitious, personable, and enjoy working with people to help fulfill their financial needs.  As a Associate Advisor, you will be responsible for new and existing business case management. • Prepare and present client solutions to solve financial, investment, tax, and estate planning opportunities
• Research and analyze a client’s/prospect’s current financial condition
• Oversee and manage a portion of the book of clients
• Responsible to identify and advance opportunities, schedule and run stewardship meetings
• Perform planning analysis, coordinate document flow between client and professionals, and build and maintain client relationships
• Provide best-in-class client service

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of recent experience
• Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business)
• CFP highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with Salesforce a plus!
