• Creating and implementing processes
• Cutting checks (100/week)
• Managing booking to monitor missing checks
• Invoicing clients
• Running payroll for the company
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing various accounting and financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Excel required
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the entertainment business required
• 3+ years of payroll experience required
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• CPA preferred
