An innovative, customer-focused construction company located in San Diego, CA is seeking an AR & Collections Specialist to join their team. The company focuses on creating high-quality products in a cost-effective and timely way. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of AR experience and must have extensive QuickBooks knowledge. • Handling the AR and AP for 20+ projects at a time ranging from 5k to a few million in size
• Editing invoices before sending them out
• Going through hour sheets and billing accordingly
• Entering invoices into a template on excel to keep track of who has paid
• Managing collections
• Sending out invoices and working with clients on getting them paid
• Assisting with payroll by entering in timesheets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of AR accounting experience required
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Excel knowledge is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Collections and payroll experience preferred
• Works well in a team
