    Job Description

    A respected wealth management company located in Marina del Rey, CA is seeking a Part-Time Interim Administrative Assistant to join their team. The company is seeking a flexible, organized, and, trustworthy individual for this position. The PT Interim Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating an admin agenda and working with paralegals. This is a hybrid opportunity, and the candidate will have to come into the office a few times a month. This is a great opportunity with an extremely flexible schedule, apply today! RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creating a weekly agenda and discussing tasks with the owner
    • Scheduling meetings for management
    • Assisting paralegals and ensuring they have all necessary documents
    • Communicating with the court to file documents
    • Create a contact list for local courts
    • Ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner
    • Assist with getting documents signed
    • Sitting in on court cases and taking notes

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of admin experience
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Top-notch written communication skills
    • Experience in a legal setting is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Ability to keep confidentiality
    • Detail-oriented
    • Excellent client-facing skills
