    Job Description

    A fast-growing digital payment company is looking for a Jr. Finance Coordinator in West Hollywood, CA. The Financial Customer Associate will be responsible for working with a credit card processing company for ensuring the payments, turning down incorrect payments and coordinating the movements of funds. The right candidate will have excellent problem solving skills and must be detail oriented. PAY RANGE: $60,000-$65,000 DOE

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for working with credit card processing companies, communicating with them and ensuring that the payments are confirmed and sent to the right places, turning down incorrect payments, and coordinating the movement of funds
    • Responsible for submitting the shipment invoices
    • Responsible for Ensuring contract documents are completed in the proper location
    • They will be handling inbound calls from clients and managing inquiries, and issues, setting meetings and confirming payment receipts
    • They will be assisting clients with the funding and un-funding of their accounts
    • They will be working with film producers/financers to reconcile their funds and confirm payments are sent and received properly
    • They will be working and assisting film clients of various personality types, listening and understanding their needs

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
    • Must be proficient with Ms office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional email etiquette
    • Ability to maintain organization and hit deadlines consistently
    • Must be comfortable working with small pets in the office
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
