    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Assistant/Scheduler to support our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades and is structured, but able to think outside the box. We are looking for a strong communicator, someone who is upbeat, persistent, and can perform outreach without fear of rejection, manage your time well, and can present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone. Someone who is tech savvy enough and has strong recollection skills (top notch memory). We are looking for a candidate who is a direct communicator with exceptional follow-through skills. Somebody who works at high-speed capacity. Hyper attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. We were seeking someone who is proactive and can anticipate needs. This role will best suit an innovator looking to grow within the company and develop your sales career.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Heavy email outreach to companies and turning them into clients

    • Responding to prospects via email in order to schedule them onto the calendar of our Account Managers

    • Inputting client information into the system

    • Maintains and organizes schedules for Account Management team

    • Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to effectively and compassionately guiding clients and scheduling appointments.

    • Manages and operate the President’s LinkedIn account by following up, engaging with, and pursuing her over 20,000 and growing connections

    • Send cold-emails to potential clients about new job openings at their company

    • React and respond to clients postings and requests on LinkedIn

    • Input new client and company contact information into Bullhorn (our database system).

    • Enter and organize opportunities list to upkeep Bullhorn

    • Following through all communication on platforms and recalling the activity on each engagement, to know when to anticipate next steps.

    • Performing various assisting tasks as needed

    We are looking for the following:

    • Interest or previous experience in Sales/Staffing Industry required

    • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred

    • A persuasive speaker who loves communicating

    • Someone who is savvy and performs best when thinking on his/her feet

    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
