    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team! As a Front Desk Supervisor you will be greeting customers, assisting them in choosing their bowling experience and collecting money. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working with other staff and helping wherever needed.

    • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shits range from 12pm - 12am.
    • You need to have your own transportation to get to and from work.

    Responsibilities

    Greet customers as they arrive

    Take payments

    Direct customers to lanes

    Assist customers with any issues

    Supervise other employees to ensure facility is running smoothly

    Qualifications

    Excellent customer service skills

    Ability to work well within a team environment

    Strong attention to detail

    Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
