Our client, a professional services, firm is in search of a Staff Accountant. This talented individual will be responsible for reviewing and processing bi-weekly firm expense reports for multiple offices. You will THRIVE in this role if you have: * A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance * 2+ years working in an accounting or business environment * Experience with Aderant and/or Chrome River Invoice software systems (preferred, not required) * Excellent computer skills and with Windows-based software applications * Strong verbal and written communication, client service, and listening skills The Staff Accountant will do monthly reviews and processing of all firm credit card expense reports, including the processing of payment. Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to: * Import and process ACH payment file for bi-weekly expense reports * Perform check scanning deposits for Rochester office operating and trust accounts * Assist in monitoring, processing, and posting firm Bank accounts incoming and outgoing wires * Compile annual vendor payment information and prepare firm 1099-MISCs and 1099-NECs for mailing and filing * Maintain and set up firm employees and delegates for expense report reimbursement * Cover and back-up other accounting areas as needed * Maintain high standards of performance and have a professional, cooperative, positive, and flexible attitude * Enjoy working with diverse personalities within various levels of the firm * Exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility * Believe in the firm's core values: integrity, support, ingenuity, teamwork, and inclusion Company Description Bowman Personnel, LLC is an executive recruiting firm that connects people with employment opportunities, We take pride in the professional relationships we build with both our candidates and clients.
